Bring these with you
- The device, charged enough to power on and be tested.
- Your charger, and the box if you still have it. Both raise the value.
- Proof of ownership. A receipt, box with matching serial, or original account.
- Valid ID, which we record for every trade-in we accept.
- Activation lock removed. Sign out of iCloud or your Google account first.
Wiped Properly, in Front of You
A traded-in phone or laptop carries your photos, messages, banking apps and saved passwords. We treat that as the most sensitive part of the transaction.
Every accepted device is factory reset and securely wiped while you watch, before it goes anywhere near our shelves. We recommend backing up and signing out of your accounts before you arrive, and we will walk you through it if you have not.
